Self Harm is the physical relic of the performance piece Human Endeavor No.4 (Harm), in which I violently attack a printed image of my own body. The significance of the print and the manner in which it installed within the gallery space is a bit of an onion, revealing layers ranging from analytical investigation to visceral reaction to trauma and my personal relationship with self-destructive tendencies. ***
